\nYou are very welcome to visit the English owners Dave and Doreen, who have put their heart and soul into Bois de Printemps over the past years so  they can welcome you to this beautiful part of France from April.<\/p>\n

The stock is still a big question mark because the lake has not been fished for 15 years. Before that it was used by a farmer who sold his fish from here.<\/p>\n

Lake size: 2.4 HA
\nDepths varying up to 4 meters
\nLocation: 10 km from Chateau Gontier
\nSoil: Hard (clay) with some weed here and there
\nDifficulty: Low rod pressure
\nIncludes: Unhooking mat and weighing sling and landing net
\nFishermen: 4 (3 rods per fisherman)
\nSpots: 4 spots (the largest is large enough for three people to fish).
\nDogs: On request (there is a horse farm with race track next to the lake)<\/p>\n

Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n

A large accommodation is approximately 35 meters from the water, sliding doors connect the outside with the inside and have a wonderful view over the lake.<\/p>\n

There is a large living room with open kitchen, everything you need in a kitchen is available from pots to pans, plates and cutlery. Toasting a sandwich is no problem. Cook a complete meal? Everything is available from microwave to oven and gas stove.<\/p>\n

There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, the beds are made when you arrive. Of course, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is also included. Everything has been thought of here, including a number of towels ready for you and your group upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>

All landing nets, slings and mats will be supplied. Please don\u2019t bring your own.
\nMin 15lb line. No braided mainline.
\nSafe rigs only. No fixed leads.
\nNo lead core leaders.
\nMicro barbed hooks only.
\nFish care spray provided to each angler.
\nMaximum 3 rods per angler.
\nBait boats are allowed \u2013 please use sensibly.
\nNo fires are permitted. BBQs supplied.
\nKeep facilities in clean state.
\nUse bins provided on site.
\nPlease do not fish intoxicated as you will be asked to leave with no refund given.
\nAny child under 12 years to be supervised at all times around the lake area.
\nPlease be aware of your surroundings and take care driving to and from the property (horses).
\nGite – NO SMOKING<\/p>\n

FISH CARE AT ALL TIMES IS A PRIORITY.
\nBAIT
\nNo shelf life boilies to be used except hook bait.
\nWe supply fresh boilies in a number of options on site.
\nOnly particles supplied by us at cost to be used, including pellet.<\/p>\n

Access to Gite on day of arrival 3pm

Bois de Printemps is located 8 km from the beautiful town of Chateau Gontier on the banks of the Mayenne river. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and bars here and there is a market every Thursday.<\/p>\n
