\"\"This remarkable lake has been set in the Champagne region of France for over 400 years, in quaint woodland of the town of St. Dizier, just 20 minutes from Vitry Le Francois. This is approximately 3.5 hours from Calais. There is a steep driveway off the road leading to sliding gates at the entrance to the lake. The house is situated approximately 20 feet from the lake. Local amenities are within a 15 minute drive and include supermarkets and both dine-in and takeaway restaurants.<\/p>\n

\nAnglers will be allowed on the lake from 2pm on the day of arrival.
\nAnglers must be off the lake by 10am on the day of departure.
\nVehicles can be parked outside the main lake house. \u2013 Micro
\nbarbed hooks only
\nUnhooking mats, weigh slings and landing nets are provided
\n(small deposit needed)
\nNo fish sacking or retaining
\nThere are bait bans; No nuts, particles can only be ordered
\nahead of your arrival and will be delivered to the lake house on
\narrival by the on-site bailiff
\nBait Boats are welcome
\nMaximum of 3 rods per angler, which must not be left
\nunattended
\nMinimum 15 lbs breaking strain mainline
\nSafe rigs only
\nNo plastic fake corn
\n\u2013 No braided mainline, no braided leaders or lead core and no
\nleaders of any type.
\nTubing only \u2013 minimum of 600ml
\nFishing is permitted from marked swims only, bivvies must be
\nerected on the gravel areas
\nNo bivvies between swims are allowed
\nWeekly maintenance of grass, trees and swims will be carried
\nout to ensure good upkeep of the lake
\nNo fires around the lake
\nNo swimming
\nYou are responsible for your own safety around the lake and on
\nthe complex
\nRubbish \u2013 All your rubbish must be taken to the recycle areas
\nwhich will be by the main lake house. To ensure this happens
\nwe will take a 20 euro deposit which will be returned to you
\nwhen you leave, assuming there is no rubbish or human waste
\nleft in or around your swim
\nDrunkenness, anti-social, threatening behaviour etc. will not be
\ntolerated. Offenders will be asked to cease fishing and leave the
\nlake.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>
