\"\"This particularly complete destination contains an 18th century barn converted into a gite in which all facilities and rooms are on the ground floor. The whole is located on a 16-hectare site with fields, forests, where you will also encounter horses, sheep, goats, ducks and geese. The fully furnished gite offers sleeping space for six people and is fully equipped. Things such as a TV and WiFi are of course also present. In the beautiful garden you will find a large stone BBQ, a swimming pool and a hot tub. Close to the house is a lake that you can use exclusively with a nice fish stock.<\/p>\n

Fully equipped gite:
\nThe super well-equipped kitchen lacks nothing, with a 5-burner gas stove and wok burner, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee machines, grill and toaster all at hand. In the cozy living room you can, for example, watch TV (including Netflix)  or socialize together.<\/p>\n

Three en-suite bedrooms comprising:
\nSpacious master bedroom with door to garden terrace and king size double bed with matching tasteful furniture, decor and mirror, leading to en-suite bathroom.
\nBedrooms 2 and 3, both with 2 single beds, again with matching furniture and decor and both with separate bathrooms and views of the field.
\nModern bathroom suites with Italian glass sinks with double showers.<\/p>\n

The garden
\nPrivate, secluded, sunken garden with a large patio and built-in covered bbq area with large table and chairs with sun loungers and lawn and Bubble\/Spa.
\nAlso laundry room with washing and drying facilities and rotary clothesline. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also in the Gite. At the rear of the garden is a jeu de boules court. Small above-ground swimming pool available free of charge for children, on request when booking.
\nA bouncy castle can be rented daily for children and adults, ask for it when booking, payable locally in euros.
\nJaccuzi, only in high season. Towels are provided free of charge.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>

Rules<\/h2>\n
\n\n

Arrival on Saturday from 4:00 PM
\nDeparture on Saturday before 10:00 am..
\nUnhooking mats, weighing sacks and landing nets, scales and tripods are provided by the owner. Do not bring these yourself.
\nTreat the fish with respect.
\nOnly barbless or microbarb hooks.
\nWeigh and photograph the fish kneeling above the unhooking mat as quickly as possible so that the fish can be released quickly.
\nStorage bags are prohibited.
\nBait boats are allowed but please respect the other anglers.
\nRowing boats are not allowed
\nOnly safety rigs, no fixed systems. The lead should easily come off in the event of a line break.
\nKeep your swim tidy and dispose of the waste in the appropriate bins.
\nBBQ and only in the designated place at the gite.
\nLeave the existing shrubs, plants and trees alone.
\nUse of the available toilets is mandatory.
\nMaximum 3 rods per person.
\nAlways have someone with the rods.
\nNever allow children unaccompanied near the lake.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>
