A few years ago, owner Lee Bayliss began developing a unique carp fishing complex in the beautiful Champagne region of France. What started as an ambitious project has now matured into a well-established destination featuring two stunning carp lakes.<\/p>\n

Formed through former gravel extraction, the two lakes are separated by a dam and are now surrounded by lush trees and natural vegetation. The result is a peaceful, scenic setting that offers both charm and privacy to every angler.<\/p>\n

The facilities are well maintained and meet the high standards you can expect from a quality French carp venue. Throughout your stay, an experienced bailiff is on hand to provide expert advice and assistance. With in-depth knowledge of the lakes and their inhabitants, he\u2019s always ready to help you make the most of your session.<\/p>\n

Together, the lakes cover around 10 hectares of water and hold an impressive, well-balanced stock of large and challenging carp. Whether you\u2019re chasing a new personal best or simply looking to relax and enjoy top-class fishing in a tranquil environment, this venue has everything you need.<\/p>\n

Just a short drive away lies Vitry-le-Fran\u00e7ois, where you\u2019ll find shops for all your essentials, as well as a selection of excellent restaurants and hotels \u2014 perfect for making your trip complete.<\/p>\n

\nArrival on Saturday not before 13:00.
\nDrawing no later than 2:00 PM.
\nDeparture Saturday at the latest 10 am.
\nLanding net (we recommend bringing your own 2 p.p.).
\nCars must be parked in the parking lot after unloading.
\nKeep the showers and toilets clean.
\nCrochet microbarb only.
\nSacking of carp prohibited.
\nMaximum of three rods per person.
\nNever leave your rods unattended.
\nMainline minimum 15lb.
\nBait boats are allowed. 
\nThe use of nuts (such as tiger nuts, peanuts, etc.) is not allowed.
\nOnly particles and pellets ordered on site are allowed.
\nBraided mainlines and leaders (any brand or type) are not allowed
\nYou are only allowed to fish on the established swims.
\nBivvies only on the laid out swims in the gravel. Not on the grass or in between the swims.
\nTubing compulsory (to protect the fish).
\nYou are obliged to take your garbage home with you (or throw it in the garbage cans in one of the many parking places along the way home). You pay a \u20ac20 deposit.
\nTo clarify: the French authorities are now charging huge amounts for garbage collection. This can amount to thousands of euros per year for an average lake. Moreover, they can also receive serious fines if the waste is not properly separated.
\nExcessive drinking and drugs not allowed.
